Plum, Goat Cheese, & Pistachio

Dear Lauren,


Appetizers. Don't over-think them. Don't make a lot of work for yourself. You're supposed to enjoy the party, right?

So slice some plums or apricots in half and remove the pit. Add a little goat cheese and chopped pistachios and serve. Yes, this is a recipe. :-)
